Volleyball

Experienced coaching staff will help campers learn the fundamentals of the game while developing their love of volleyball through interactive games, activities and drills.  All talent levels are welcome!

Individual training combined with team concepts will get campers in shape for the season.  This camp will focus on all aspects of the game with an emphasis on fundamentals.

Calling all Lady  Knights!  We would love for you to join us this summer for our FUNdamental basketball camp!  In this you camp, you will grow in your basketball skills as well as leadership skills.  This camp will provide you the opportunity to strengthen your confidence and develop essential life skills (effective communication, body language awareness and how to enhance trust with teammates/coaches).  Above all, it's a space for you to deepen your relationship with Jesus, learning how faith and sports intertwine to shape your character and purpose.  We believe you will leave not just a better athlete, but as a stronger, more faithful Lady Knight ready to lead with grace and grit.

The Lourdes Academy football coaching staff has designed this year’s 2-day camp to instill the pride and mental toughness needed to ensure individual success on and off the playing field. Sessions will conclude with 7 on 7 games reinforcing lessons taught as well as providing some real football fun.

Early mastery of technical skills is one of the most important elements in the development of youth soccer.  Our camp focuses on teaching proper ball handling, effective passing and shooting techniques as well as increasing agility and balance coordination.  Players should bring cleats, shin guards and a water bottle.  Campers!  Come with enthusiasm and be prepared to have fun as well as improve your game!
